SIDAKEPTRi: Workforce Development and Recruitment App
SIDAKEPTRi is an Android application developed by Pemerintah Daerah Kota Cimahi. It aims to synergize workforce database, link & match system, and training information provided by various job training institutions in and outside of Cimahi. The app also establishes a job network connecting to the workforce systems of West Java province and the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.
This app enables job seekers to access training information to enhance their skills, find job opportunities, and assists companies in recruiting qualified workers efficiently. The implementation of IT-based workforce services marks a significant step towards bureaucratic reform by transforming manual governance into a digital system integrated under one IT-based service platform.
